DOT 1977 Hazard Class 2, Nitrogen, Refrigerated Cryogenic Liquid Placard
1977 Hazard Class 2, Nitrogen, Refrigerated Cryogenic Liquid DOT Placards are required by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to communicate the hazards of dangerous goods being transported; A placarded vehicle must have at least 4 identical placards. They are put on the front, rear, and both sides of the transport vehicle, rail car or vessels carrying hazardous materials, DOT placards are designed to inform emergency responders of what substances are involved in a shipment and the potential dangers of exposure in case of an accident to ensure public safety when these goods are transported.

Communicate the risks of hazardous materials in transport, DOT Marking is required on packages and freight containers transporting hazardous cargo, Placards alert emergency responders to readily recognize vital hazard information.
