US Regulations now impact private property owners!
|
Private property owners are now required to be compliant.. If the public travels on your property, your traffic signs and other traffic control devices are now required to conform to the (MUTCD) Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The FHWA issued an effective date of 1/27/2007 allowing states two years to adapt to the change. If you are not compliant with the law you are at risk to liability due to injury or accidental death as a result of improper marking. |
